rather a high quality print of the art created by our designers &

Opting for the Rolled/No Frame selection means that your artwork will be delivered rolled within our protective tubes, providing you the opportunity to have them framed at a local establishment. Please be aware that these pieces will not be prepped for immediate hanging.

Please note: The rolled artwork will feature an additional 0.25 inches of space all around, allowing for framing. It's important to acknowledge that rolled canvas prints cannot be gallery wrapped. Should you desire your canvas prints to include an extra 2 inches for gallery wrapping, we encourage you to contact us before finalizing your order.

Although we currently do not provide gift wrapping services, please rest assured that we meticulously package every order with utmost care.

We employ rigorous measures to guarantee the secure and pristine delivery of your order to your doorstep.

For Rolled Art:

Our Unframed / Rolled art is carefully encased between two layers of protective art tissue paper and subsequently shielded with butter paper. The art is then meticulously rolled and placed within our signature mailer tubes.

For Framed Art:

Our framed art undergoes a meticulous wrapping process, initially enveloped in a protective film followed by multiple layers of bubble wrap. Subsequently, it is positioned within a sturdy corrugated box, which is filled with protective material to prevent any movement during transit.

Every piece of art is meticulously crafted to order. This implies that our process commences only upon receiving an order – encompassing printing, framing, and packaging. As a result of this approach, we regret to inform you that cancellations cannot be accommodated once the production phase has commenced.

But we do accept cancellations within 2 hours of you placing your order.

Once the 2 hour window has passed, we cannot accept cancellations of the same.

Gallery wrap is exclusively offered for canvas selections, involving the utilization of additional canvas fabric that envelops the sides and extends to the back, tightly secured onto a wooden backing board.

Our frames are approximately 1.27 cm thick.

Matte and Premium Luster paper options are presented with frames including acrylic protection. However, due to the nature of canvas as a fabric material, the Canvas option is offered without acrylic.

*Acrylic - Acrylic is lighter and more durable than glass, rendering it an ideal choice for framing purposes.

Every piece of our framed art arrives fully equipped for hanging, complete with hooks attached to the backboard. This ensures that upon receiving the framed art, it's ready to be displayed on your wall.

**Please be aware**: In the case of opting for no frame or rolled art, the artwork will not be prepped for immediate hanging. Instead, it will be shipped rolled within our secure tubes.

ROLLED PRINTS:

Upon receiving your prints enclosed in our tubes, gently extract them. To preserve the printed area, consider using the corners and the back of the print to handle it. Place the prints on a flat surface, allowing them to naturally settle and eliminate any minor creases that might have occurred during shipping.

Pro Tip: For optimal handling, you might consider taking the tube directly to a local frame shop where professionals can assist with the prints.

FRAMED PRINTS:

Rest assured, we prioritize the protection of your prints during transit. Once your framed prints arrive, cautiously remove the packaging materials. Follow the care instructions provided on the accompanying card within the box to ensure your prints are displayed and preserved with care.

AVOID TOUCHING THE PRINTED AREA

Whenever feasible, refrain from touching any section of the page that has been printed. If possible, use gloves to handle the print to prevent smudges and creases.

CONSIDER THE PRINT'S ENVIRONMENT

The environment surrounding the display of your print significantly influences its preservation.

LIGHT:
Shield your artwork from direct sunlight, particularly intense south-facing light. Exposure to sunlight may lead to the yellowing of your print over time. (This exemption does not apply to laminated/framed prints.)

HUMIDITY:
Maintain a relative humidity level between 35% and 55%. Excessive humidity can result in mold or insect damage, while overly low humidity can cause the paper to become brittle.

TEMPERATURE:
Store prints in a cool setting. Avoid placing prints near sources that generate extreme heat or cold, such as radiators or air conditioners. Elevated temperatures and humidity hasten deterioration and foster mold growth and insect infestation.

POLLUTION:
Safeguard your print from dust, dirt, and other pollutants to ensure optimal protection. Gently brush away light dust using a clean, dry cloth.
